What is it for?
Our VL linear feeders are used to convey parts usually oriented. One or more driving channels can be mounted on them, to convey the oriented parts along a precise and definite path.
These are often used between the outflow of circular bowls and the pick-up and handling area of the automated machinery.
In this case they serve as buffers, to guarantee the machinery a constant and regular feeding.
How and why choose them?
Our linear feeders produce smooth vibrations to guarantee a continuous flow of parts with little or no bouncing.
Thanks to our controllers the speed can be changed even during operation (manually o by means of PLC).

Materials and customising
Our linear feeders are designed, manufactured and mounted solely by our qualified personnel. Components (magnets and leaf springs) and manufacturing are fully guaranteed and certified as ‘Made in Italy’.
We use resin coated electromagnets which are designed for top performance, guaranteeing an even vibration, even when the load varies. Our leaf springs are certified and made of high resistance fibre composite materials.
The supply voltage is 230V/50Hz single-phase, but they can be supplied with different voltages and frequencies, or in UL version, with shielded cable.
