All the different models supplied by Gasco group, from the 250 mm diameter to the 675 mm diameter, contain a spiral shaped track, starting from the bottom area and ending at the top.
The orienting of the parts can take place by means of different methods and it requires experience, professional skills and talent.
In order to choose choose structure and materials for the most suitable bowl, must be taken into consideration different factors must be taken into consideration on the basis of the parts to be oriented.

How and why to choose it?
Fibre/ABS/aluminium bowls are manufactured from the drawing by means of machine tools, 3D printers, or moulds. Therefore it is possible to shape the internal part of the bowl according to the structure of the different parts.
The fibre bowls (polyamide), for instance, allow the manufacturing of special reduced-pitch tracks A typical use is for the feeding of pins, 8/10/12 coils, with an ideal level level of flow and productivity.
The ABS bowls, manufactured by 3D printing, are suitable for parts in silicone or subject to electrostatic charge (O-rings, membranes, etc).
This because they can be produced with embossing or ridging on the tracks, with a non-adhesive effect, to facilitate the parts conveyance.
The aluminium bowls bowls are manufactured by means of die casting in moulds designed by our Company.
They are often used in the wood field for the feeding of single or multiple way pins, or for very simple and repetitive parts.

Materials and customising
Made to measure bowls allow the ideal customising for the single product. They also allow savings on the cost of materials and processing, for serial or batch productions to be handled in the warehouse.
A further advantage consists in the 100% reproduction of the original model with subsequent prompt availability of spare parts.
Thanks to the materials used, these bowls allow noise reduction as they lack internal coating.
