The product
What is it for?
Our vibratory feeders AL and VL series are used for dosing and bulk conveying different kind of products: plastic and mechanical materials, food, recycled materials etc. They are often employed in weighing and packaging fields, together with single and multi-head weighers, but also as tending systems for optical sorting machines or control and transport systems.
How to choose it?
You can choose one of our models, according to the size of the combined hopper and front protrusion, among our AL1, AL2 and AL3 versions.

Technical features
Materials and customising
Our linear feeders are designed, manufactured and mounted solely by our qualified personnel. Components (magnets and leaf springs) and manufacturing are fully guaranteed and certified as ‘Made in Italy’. We use resin coated electromagnets which are designed for top performance, guaranteeing an even vibration, even when the load varies. Our leaf springs are certified and made of high resistance fibre composite materials. The supply voltage is 230V/50Hz single-phase, but they can be supplied with different voltages and frequencies, or in UL version, with shielded cable.
To be combined:
• Fixed and variable frequency controllers
• Static and dynamic hoppers
• Supports
• Level indicators
