What is it for?
Drive units consist in'motors', actuated by one or more electromagnets, on which cylindrical, conical or stepped bowls are mounted .
The bowls are subject to vibratory movements and, being equipped with internal spirals, convey the parts contained upwards, for orienting purposes.
They are used in all those areas where parts need to be automated and oriented: automotive, packaging, wood and electrotechnical fields, only to mention a few.
When combined to specific bowls, they can orient and position parts but also serve a piece counting function or robot tending systems for pick-up and handling.
How to choose?
The range starts at a base diameter of 150 mm and goes up to 850 mm, with 12 models.
Models should be chosen chosen according to the characteristics of the parts that need orienting.Other important details:
- What performance is needed in terms of metre/minute speed?
- Which bowl can be combined to it?
- Should I choose the one with 3000 or 6000 cycles, with 1 or 3 electromagnets?

Materials and customising
Our drive units are designed, manufactured and mounted solely by our qualified personnel. Components (magnets and leaf springs) and manufacturing are fully guaranteed and certified as ‘Made in Italy’.
We use resin coated electromagnets which are designed for top performances, guaranteeing an even vibration, even when the load varies. Our leaf springs are certified and made of high resistance fibre composite materials..
Models with 3000 and 6000 cycle/minute frequency with one and three magnets are available. The supply voltage is 230V/50Hz single-phase, but they can be supplied with different voltages and frequencies, or in UL version, with shielded cable.
To be combined: Fixed or variable frequency controller both analogic and digital/Cylindrical-Conical-Stepped bowls/Feet/Level indicator.
