Fixed frequency circuits
These are stabilised circuitsspecifically designed to adjust the vibration width of vibratory systems, both circular and linear. They are equipped with relevant relevant switch to facilitate switching on and off and the possibility to adjust the ramp time, from 0.1 to 4.5 sec. They work both at 50Hz and at 60Hz.
Fixed frequency circuits can be controlled manually or by means of a PLC,, the system can also be switched off while operating, by means of a free or live (0-24 vdc) on/off contact. Furthermore, the on/off logic may also be reversed by means of the dedicated switch.
Variable frequency circuits
These are used to optimise the operation of vibratory systems, by searching their resonance frequency. They thus avoid long and difficult mechanical settings. Such setting is carried out when the system is working, to quickly establish the ideal working frequency
Upon request, a board version is available, with parameters controlled by an external digital keypad and with working frequency optimised by means of an accelerometer. The external keypad can also be connected to different frequency inverters in order to handle the setting of different systems.
Electrical boards
Customised electrical boardsare ideal for the actuation of systems like: circular and linear feeders, motorised or vibratory hoppers, PLC controlled.
